TEXAS; OLD MEXICO & WYOMING....
We take pride in managing trophy caliber ranches and our goal is to manage for the best
animal the area can produce. We hunt entirely large private ranches and only harvest
appropriate numbers of mature, quality, free-ranging animals...Jimmy Fontenot;
"Wildlife Connections."
We utilize guides who are professional sportsmen familiar with the country and species
of animal hunted.
Jimmy Fontenot (Owner/Outfitter - "Wildlife Connections")
was raised in this region of Texas and has become extremely famiiliar with the quality and
management of the Whitetail Deer. Upon graduation from college, with a Masters
Degree in Range and Wildlife Management, he was hired to teach undergraduate "Range
and Wildlife" courses. During this time, Jimmy had the privilege of
managing a quality Whitetail ranch while developing a comprehensive understanding of what
makes for a successful hunting enterprise.
With the education and practical field experience from managing a large Texas ranch in
1992, Jimmy began to fulfill his lifelong dream of supplying landowners professional
guidance while offering hunters the best possible hunting experience for the money.
So began "Wildlife Connections, Inc.", with a spirit of enthusiasm and
professionalisn unmatched by many outfits.
Trey Garmon came to work for "Wildlife Connections" in 1993. He brings
with him a love of hte outdoors and a degree in "Animal Science/ Wildlife

We take very few hunters on each ranch; therefore, space is limited and hunts
fill up quickly. By taking fewer hunters, we increase our success ratio on
mature animals.
