I would like to share with you the following information about my hunting operation in South Africa

While as an Outfitter and Professional Hunter, I am licensed to hunt in all 9 states of South Africa, most of my hunts are conducted in the north eastern part of the country, on the western border of the Kruger National Park. Besides all of the Big 5, I have Black Rhino, Crocodile, Hippo, as well as about 25 species of plains game that can be hunted on the various private reserves where I hunt.

Accommodation , as well as trophy quality in the area, is of a very high standard. Although prices in this area are significantly higher when compared to countries like Zimbabwe, I have found that there are a number of clients that prefer to hunt these areas.
I have been hunting this area since 1989, and have access to some of the finest private reserves.

The pictures below were taken on 3 back - to - back hunts that I did in June / July this year (2005). All of the hunters were from Las Vegas. This will give you an idea of what the area looks like, examples of some of the camps we use, as well as the trophy quality of the animals. As you can see, the lion in the area are of an exceptionally high quality.

I will provide you with pricelists for Plains Game Hunts both in the Kalahari and Northern Cape areas if required.

The following is a list of some of the clients that have hunted with me over the years :

Application has been made for 5 CITES permits for the export of Black Rhino trophies in 2006. According to information I have received, negotiations are underway concerning the import of these trophies into the USA. I have access to two Black Rhino hunts, and anyone who is interested can contact me. I will report back to all interested parties, once the import negotiations have been concluded.

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY:   BLACK RHINO  for 2005 ONLY!

I have been offered a Black Rhino, that must be hunted before the end of 2005. Application has been made to have the CITES permit carried over to 2006, but there is no guarantee that this will happen.

Total Cost including trophy fees, license, and daily rates is $135,000.  There are no additional costs.

If you would like any additional information, please contact  wpe6D.jpg (2140 bytes) as soon as possible..

FOR THE 2006 HUNTING SEASON:

The three pricelists include below, include all the areas I will be hunting during the 2006 hunting season. Additional areas, in the Kalahari and Northern cape, which I have personally inspected and reviewed, will be personally hunted and supervised by two associate outfitters, Rudolf Graupner, and Lieb Du Raan. I have worked with both of these gentlemen personally, and while they are only plains game operations, the overall standards of both operations is very high, and prices are competitive.

All of the Big 5 hunts in the Kruger National Park area will be conducted by me personally. While prices of these hunts are significantly higher than the 2 plains game options, both accommodations, trophy quality, along with all the other aspects of the hunt are of the highest quality. All of these hunts will be conducted on the western border of the Kruger National Park, on 7 private game reserves which I regard as the finest in the area.

In addition to the packages, and regular trophy listings, Specialized Big 5 hunts, with specific trophy criteria, as far as exceptional trophy quality, and accommodation facilities is concerned, can also be arranged. These hunts are custom designed to the exact requirements and specifications of the hunter, and are quoted for separately.

As most of you have probably heard, Lion hunting will be stopped by the government towards the middle of 2006. I have a limited number of permits available, for hunts in the early part of the year only. If you are serious about hunting a lion before it is all over, it is essential that you contact me as soon as possible.
